Entry requirements
1. Minimal Educational Level:
- A-level (Form 6)
- O-level (Form 4) with a Teaching Training Certificate (TTC)
2. A good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Steps for Apply Online
To apply for admission you will need to either visit our Centre in person or download, print and fill the Application Form from our website.
Along with; Health Form, An essay on why you wish to undertake this course, A recent passport size photograph, Two character references and Copies of educational documents.
Since there are a limited amount of spaces, interested applicants are urged to apply as soon as possible.
When a complete application is submitted at the Montessori Training Centre Msimbazi-Dar, it will be reviewed and you will be invited for an interview in person or via Skype.

Observation and teaching practice will be scheduled in schools run by an AMI qualified teacher or those considered suitable by the AMI trainers.
If you are a citizen from a country who is a member of the East African Community (Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda) you will not require a visa. However, it is recommended that all citizens from a country outside of Tanzania inquire at the Tanzania embassy or consulate in their home country if they require a student visa.

The Training is located at The Montessori Training Centre, Msimbazi in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
The course starts at 8:30 am and ends at 3:30 pm.
Yes, you can either sign up for lunch during the entire module (Mon. – Fri.) or you can bring your own lunch.
